Comfortability

HEWEI PU material has excellent flexibility and resilience, can perfectly fit the human body curve, and is not easy to deform after long-term use. It effectively relieves fatigue caused by long-term sitting and provides users with a comfortable sitting experience.

Long life

Ultra log life (Durable, 8 years of use, service life than PU/PVC leather-), due to advanced production from teh western RlM technology to finish by molding injection. Sponge core + 2mm leather on the surface is foamed in one piece.

Excellent stain resistance

The surface of the protective film has been specially treated to have good hydrophobicity and stain resistance. Stains are difficult to penetrate and adhere to. When cleaning, just wipe it lightly with a damp cloth to easily remove it, which greatly reduces the difficulty and frequency of cleaning and keeps the chair clean and tidy.

Raw material preparation
In the PU raw material mixing process, we use high-precision metering equipment to strictly follow the exclusive formula to accurately control the amount of polyols, isocyanates and various additives. Advanced stirring technology is used to ensure that the raw materials are fully blended under specific temperature and time conditions. In this process, by accurately controlling the reaction rate and mixing uniformity, a PU prepolymer with stable performance is formed.

Low pressure casting technology
During the molding stage, we use advanced low-pressure casting technology to allow the mixed PU material to quickly and evenly fill the mold cavity and accurately shape the complex chair parts. This technology can effectively reduce the generation of bubbles inside the material and improve the density and structural strength of the product.

Casting
During the molding stage, we use advanced high-pressure casting technology. Using high pressure environment, the mixed PU material quickly and evenly fills the mold cavity to accurately shape the complex chair parts. This technology can effectively reduce the generation of bubbles inside the material and improve the density and structural strength of the product.

Demolding
After curing is complete, the chair is removed from the mold. The demoulding process requires careful operation to avoid damaging the surface or structure of the product. For some complex molds, we will use special release agents or demoulding equipment to ensure smooth demoulding.

Ripening
The foam after demolding is still in the active stage of chemical reaction and has not completed all aging reactions. It needs to undergo a strictly controlled 10-minute aging process in a constant temperature environment to ensure that the product material completes all molecular structure reorganization.

Inspection
The edge of the demolded product and the connection between the mold may produce irregular shapes. Use a blade to scrape off the irregular shapes of the product edge; manually inspect the product quality, qualified products enter the assembly process, and products that need to be repainted enter the assembly process after repainting. Foamed defective products are treated as general solid waste.

Repainting and curing
There will be color difference after the parting line of the product is trimmed (or there will be color difference if the paint is uneven during the production process). It is necessary to spray the mold with outer paint in the spray room for repair. After spraying, the paint is dried and cured in the oven.

The test results show that the cushion material has a significant inhibitory effect on common pathogens such as Klebsiella pneumoniae, Escherichia coli, and Staphylococcus aureus. It can be clearly seen from the comparative test chart that the growth of bacteria in the sample area containing antibacterial agents is effectively controlled, while the areas without antibacterial agents are multiplied by bacteria. This fully shows that the use of Hewei antibacterial polyurethane cushion materials can effectively reduce bacterial growth and provide users with a healthier and cleaner sitting experience.
