By introducing advanced energy-saving injection molding equipment from Germany, we have upgraded traditional production processes, achieving a remarkable 42% reduction in energy consumption per unit product. Furthermore, we have implemented a comprehensive product life cycle carbon footprint management system, enabling precise monitoring and continuous optimization of carbon emissions through digital means.
In terms of material selection, we have invested significant R&D resources to develop eco-friendly alternative materials, most notably our bio-based PU material containing 35% plant-derived components, which not only delivers excellent performance but also substantially reduces reliance on petroleum-based raw materials. Concurrently, we have fully adopted environmentally friendly water-based coatings, strictly controlling VOC emissions to within 20% of national standards.
Waste management constitutes a critical component of our sustainable development strategy. Through technological innovation, we have achieved a 92% efficient recycling rate for PU production waste, reducing solid waste emissions by 800 tons annually. In packaging, we have fully adopted reusable PP containers, cutting cardboard usage by 500,000 units per year and achieving zero waste in packaging materials.
Regarding certifications, we have obtained multiple credentials from authoritative domestic and international institutions. These include ISO9001 Quality Management System certification, CQC China Quality certification, and industry-leading standards such as BIFMA Level®3. In the environmental sector, our products comply with stringent RoHS, REACH, and Greenguard Gold certifications.
